Lost My Tradable Players in UT just disappeared?

I logged onto my account and I came to find that all my high value tradable players were missing from my team they were not on quick sell recovery not on the transfer list and I had not received coin...

@EA_Barry I have the same issue. Just logged in to my ultimate team and I used to have 378k now I’ve got 38k and all my tradable players are missing! Can anything be done about this? I’ve changed all my passwords just now

Same thing has happened to me twice now told them about it the first time and they just said I spent them myself on players I bought about 4 days before the coins disappeared got no help at all

I lost all my tradeable players just 4 days ago i tried contatting EA and did live chat with some customer but they didn't give me any answers so pls if yall have some answers on how i can get my players back pls reply thank you
