For starters can this playstyle be nerfed its way to OP when doing it the goalie cant save it even if it is rolling in the goal everybody is just spamming it like theres no tomorrow no goalie that i tested can save those shots

I agree with you but I don't think that the shot is the problem. It's the keepers, they shouldn't be negatively affected by an attacker's playstyle. The shot speed itself seems fine, at least to me, but for some reason it seems goalkeeper reactions were dramatically reduced in instances where these shots are triggered.
