Male/Female Chemistry

It's getting extremely difficult to get a good Chem on mixed gender teams. Please, could you make it so that, for example, Marta and Suarez get Chem because of USA 1 League? That would be great. I have Barça female squad that doesn't link with La Liga or even Barça Lewandowski. Thanks.
