It’s not matched by team rating. It’s based on form like wl. 

No way is weekend league based on form lmao. I was 10 games in last week 4 wins 6 losses. The guy I played had already unlocked the player for the wins needed. Matchmaking is trashed. As for playing a team with icons. The players don't matter at this point there's tons of quality cards better than icons. The issue I have is it's just not responsive. I'm going to see what fc26 is like in comparison then decide if it's even worth continuing to play the title. 

No futties cup 4 your team has to have no more than 6 different club’s with a max rating of 97 so surely the team you play against should be the same
