I logged in early today around 10 am and didn’t realize or see a event for Maradona… which ea is giving out a card for evolution and I don’t seem to get it or claim it at all and everyone else has it but I don’t 😤. Does anyone know what it could be?

anyone who logs into Ultimate Team by March 14 will get a 77 rated Maradona.
As Nalchic stated, please be sure to log in on your main platform and into Ultimate Team. This excludes the Web/Companion App but also FC Showcase or even basic EA Play membership.
You should then be able to find it under "My Packs". Like francksauzee4 also pointed out, if you've got too many unopened packs, it might not be displayed.
