I thought maradona (77) would appear in club but yet to see. Is there something else I need to do to have him?

I also don't have the 77 rated card anywhere in my club. I've logged in and played the game, and don't see anything as far as an objective to complete to get him. I thought it was given just for logging in. Is anyone else having the same issue?
