Marking????

Is anyone able to please tell me why, no matter what formation, tactics or player roles I use my forward players are ALWAYS marked but my opponents forwards are ALWAYS free and standing clear in the middle of the pitch?

Every time I play a through ball it is intercepted by my opponent or it just goes straight to my opponents player. But 90% of the time my opponent plays a through ball it goes straight to his unmarked forward who has a clear run to the goal because my defenders are nowhere to be seen?

    @GSM350 I have this exact same issue. I don’t know what’s wrong with my gameplay. But I have 24 ping and this happens every single game. I can only score with trivela’s because my attackers are always marked

    @Thijsekk Yeah exactly the same, no matter what I try my attackers are always marked but my opponents attackers are always open with my defenders just standing there doing nothing. I don't know what else to try?

    @GSM350 Yeah I feel you man. I have that same problem. His winger are always open to pass to, and mine are always right on his defenders, doesn’t matter if I play 4 4 2 or 4 2 4. They also don’t make runs and my trough balls are always too hard, intercepted or not accurate. What server do you play on?

    @Thijsekk I play on Oceania so I am hoping it's Australian servers. I'm on PC and I've never found out how to check which servers I'm on.

    @GSM350 Yeah I’m playing from the US, so it’s not just here. It’s just too frustrating how this stuff is happening. I don’t know what the issue is and tried every single setting on my router. It just feels delayed and my players don’t act like the should, while my opponents do exactly what they should

    @GSM350 Bro, I think I found the solution!! Turn your ps5 all the way off and then hold the power button until you hear the second beep (safe mode). Then do the software update. Mine didn’t do the software update from the main menu but in safe mode it did have an update and all of a sudden my players move like they should!

    @Thijsekk I can't figure out how to make formations and tactics work in this stupid game, it's so frustrating
