Membership Issue with EA FC Club
Q: Why do I believe I should be a member of the EA FC Club?
A: I have dedicated over 500 hours to playing EA FC 24 over the past year and have actively encouraged several friends to join the game. As a committed PC player, I recently transitioned to the PS5 to enhance my gaming experience, as it is widely recognized that the console offers less input lag and superior performance.
Given my substantial investment in the game and my active role in promoting it within my community, I firmly believe I am more than qualified for club membership. Nowhere does it state that players must participate on the same platform to qualify for EA FC Club Membership for EA FC 25; the only requirement is that players have engaged with EA FC 24.
Additionally, I purchased the Ultimate Edition of the PS5 on its release date specifically to gain access to the exclusive HERO item. Unfortunately, I did not receive this item because my PSN account was not linked to my EA account at the time, as the game had not yet launched and was not accessible for play.
I feel it is unjust that I have not been granted membership in the EA FC Club, especially considering my commitment and influence in bringing at least eight friends into the game. I believe I should have been a member for over a month now and kindly request that this situation be rectified.

Membership Eligibility
Founders
- To be eligible for Founder status, you must have played FC 24 before the cut-off date of November 1, 2023.
- Once a founder, always a Founder. Once again, Founders will receive exclusive Founders cosmetic items when they enter FC 25 for the first time
- If you are a Founder who plays FC 25 before the cut-off date of November 1, 2024, you also qualify to join the Club Member reward track.
Club Membership
- To be eligible for Club Membership, you must play FC 24 before the cut-off date of 26 September 2024 at 11:59 PM PST, and play FC 25 before the cut-off date of 31 October 2024 at 11:59 PM PST.
