Missing content

I was told 8 times by ea help to post here so that I can get the items im missing. 

Got a 100 players pack Jan 23 when the full toty came out. Game bugged out glitched out and froze up when I logged back in unpacked a Rodri gold card that should have been a toty and I'm missing multiple duplicates in the sbc storage.
