Missing FC 25 points from PSN purchase

hi,

I have purchased fc 25 points since Sunday and have accessed mobile app, webapp, and PS5 console but points are not reflected. Have shared by order no. to EA via email but they are asking me to post here.

Hey @Bennagio,

I'm not entirely sure why you're being asked to post here, since we can't really help with missing content in the forums. But just in case, can you quickly check your purchase to make sure that you bought FC 25 points and not FC 24 points by accident?
