Missing FC Points when purchasing Ultimate Edition.

Hi, can anyone help with this issue? I purchased FC 25 Ultimate Edition on my PS5 in January and never received my 4600 FC Points. I have tried all of the troubleshooting and contact EA Support. Need...

    Is there a possibility u give us people in Belgium other rewards for the Ultimate Edition?

    We can't buy it because there's  FC points in it and we're not allowed to buy FC points in Belgium
