Missing FIFA Points – Cross-platform Issue (Xbox to PC)

Hello! I redeemed a FIFA Points code for Xbox Series S|X on my Microsoft account, which is linked to my EA account.
I play EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC and I know that FIFA Points should sync with Ultimate Team across platforms, but so far, the points haven’t appeared in my account.
I’ve already confirmed that the code was successfully redeemed and that the accounts are correctly linked.
I need help to make sure the FIFA Points are credited to my EA account.
