Missing Millonarios (libertadores) stadium theme and tifo

How is it possible that teams like Millonarios, that has a good fanbase in South America, don't have tifo or stadium theme, and a team like Alianza fc and some others recently founded with almost no fans, has its respective tifo and stadium theme. That happened the whole FC 24  (only some team tifos available) and nobody paid attention to that.  Fix that asap or I am not buying your game.
