Missing rivals rewards of last thursday

Hey guys,&nbsp;I did not get my Rivals rewards from last thursday on PS5 (no packs and no coins). Does anyone knows how to get it? I have asked EA but they send me some standard articles which not help at all.&nbsp;Thanks for the help!
