Missing Squad Battles game Rewards

Dear EA Sports Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an ongoing issue I have been experiencing in FIFA regarding Squad Battles. For the past two weeks, I have played several Squad Battles matches; however, the match rewards and points have not been added to my Squad Battles total. This issue has negatively impacted my ranking and overall progress in the mode. I had previously submitted a case regarding this same problem, but unfortunately, it has not been resolved yet. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and credit the missing rewards and points to my account. I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution, as this issue has been ongoing for quite some time now. Thank you for your attention and support. any one knowe the answer ????
