Mistake buying points on fc 24 instead fc25
I bought fc points on fc 24 instead of fc 25 from xbox store i need help transferring it to fc 25 or refund please

You're only able to transfer points via the prompt you get when you start UT for the first time. If you bought them via the Xbox store, I'd reach out to Xbox to see if they can help you with a refund.
