My fc 25 keeps on showcase

Im tryna play fc 25, i bought the complete edition but it keeps on showcase, and the account where i bought the game is the principal account so idk what is the problem

Hey JeanDeahh​ Please make sure to log out and sign back in to check if you log in with the correct account and that everything was synchronized correctly. Uninstall and reinstall the game again.
