My game crashed half way through a squad battles game

So I had just scored an amazing goal with my Darwin Nunez and the game randomly crashed!!! It has ruined my chances to get Elite 1. Please could I have some compensation from EA or at least get the g...

Another day another squad battles crash. Yet another week gone. Pathetic and still no response from EA about it.
