my Lucio dissepeared into my quicksell recovery

So i opened a 90+ mixed hero player pick and i got dreamchaser lucio and when i got him my game crashed and when i got back in he was gone. I looked every where in teh web app and then i found him in my quicksell recovery and i had no recoverys left. Can anyone help with this?
