However for issues relating to being unable to change your EA Account's email address, you would need to contact EA Support to update your email, as it cannot be helped with on the forums.

I can't log in to Ultimate Team because it shows me another Gmail...I would like it to show me the Gmail I have at EA so I can receive the confirmation code

Alistar197901  What you would need to do, is to contact EA Support here: https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=ea-account&topic=update-ea-account-email, (for the best results, use Microsoft Edge or Chrome).

After clicking on the link, you should see the following:

EA Support > "I want to update my EA email"

As you can see, I'm currently am not signed in:

EA Support > "I want to update my EA email" > Currently Not Signed In

Next, head over to "Chat with us", (and for clarification, I do not work for EA, so by "chat with us", I mean "chat with EA"):

EA Support > "I want to update my EA email"

After clicking on "chat with us", you should see this page:

EA Support > "I want to update my EA email" > Info Page

Fill in the boxes and select your platform:

EA Support > "I want to update my EA email" > Info Page

After that, you should end up on this page:

EA Support > "I want to update my EA email" > Add A Subject / Screenshots

All you need to do from here, is to add a subject, (for example: "I cannot access my account"), and add any evidence you may have to show that its your account, (its not required to add evidence, but it can help with getting your account updated).

Once you click on "send", you'll end up here, (the wait time ETA may differ):

Give it some time, and you should see a chat window pop up in the bottom right of the screen:

EA Support > "I want to update my EA email" > Support Chat

Once the chat pops up, what you would do from there is to answer any questions the EA Support Agent may have, (such as telling them what your EA Account ID is, (which would be your EA Account's username), and then the EA Support Agent will continue to help you from there:
