Never ending slow loading and freezing

I am a PlayStation 5 user and have had the game since I preordered it. Ever since I have bought this game, I have CONSTANTLY experienced slow ultimate team gameplay, meaning loading screens such an switching a player from my club and putting him into start XI, searching for a player on the transfer market, trying to open any sort of packs, every single one of these actions causes a loading screen that takes 3-5 minutes. This is so ridiculous and so reoccurring that I won’t even play the game anymore. I have deleted and reinstalled the game, changed graphic features, my internet is perfect download and upload speeds- I run 0-15 ping on other games, I never have internet issues while in game. I’m just so over it, I can’t even refund the game which makes 0 sense because it has quite literally been unplayable.
