New patch explain?

I just don't understand the new patch at all, I went from getting between 10 and 12 wins each week so I'd say I ok at the game to not even being able to win a game.

My players feel like absolute tanks and can't turn, even when attacking. I have the 90 WW Ronaldo but it feels like I have Giroud upfront.

My opponent can play a pass from his centre back straight threw to his attack and he's 1 on 1. Where as my Ronaldo can get out paced by an average centre back.

I get I'm crap at defending but fml this patch is god awful
