When can we expect new squad update with all winter transfers? It's been 10 days since the transfer window ended and the latest update (despite being released after the window ended) doesn't have all transfers included. At least in those top 5 leagues it could be done....

Why would this need to take so long? It doesn’t seem like it would take one person two weeks to get this done.
Wonder if they’ll even be bothered to give time frame or if this is the only response we’ll get

You can check https://sofifa.com/players/search and see that they generally do squad updates on Tuesday, Wednesday, out Thursday. So the 48-72 hours wasn't a very wild guess. However, seeing how this company is apparently incapable of anything at all with the billions they get from kids' pockets, I wouldn't be surprised if it took two more weeks.
I'm just curious as to what this guess was based on?
