No fc points in store

In my ultimate team, there is no option to get fc points. I tried getting fc points through the ps store. I bought 1000 fc points and didn’t get them. Does anyone know why I don’t have the option to get it in the game, and how I can fix it? Please help because I really want the Suarez evo!
