Not being able to to play online games

It was 8 in the morning on a Thursday and the servers were down and i had 2 points left to get my division rivals rewards and I couldn’t get them because the matches were disabled and before that it kept disconnecting me while i was winning a match so I couldn’t get my rewards in the  end so please i would like compensation because I should have gotten my weekly rewards
