Re: 14/15 FUT Champs played server Crash in Champs Blocking 93+ TOTS Pick Objective

Good evening,
I have finished my FUT Champions matches, but they haven’t been counted towards the objective of playing 15 matches. I’m attaching screenshots showing that I completed FUT Champions, but only 13 matches have been counted, which means I can’t claim the objective for playing 15 matches.

I hope this is resolved soon and that those of us affected can have access to the reward for playing the 15 matches.

The fact that the servers get overloaded due to so many players and that matches aren't registered and/or we suffer disconnections shouldn’t negatively affect us — let alone make us lose the chance to claim a reward.

Looking forward to a resolution of this issue.
