Ongoing Hacking Issues in FC 25 (Champions)

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

1. Some players consistently achieve perfect green timed shots, which seems unnatural and likely due to the use of hacks.

2. In multiple matches, when I am leading, I suddenly get disconnected, and the game does not register my win.

3. In other instances, when an opponent scores a goal, the game crashes, resulting in an undeserved loss on my record.

These issues have made the gameplay experience extremely frustrating, and I would appreciate it if your team could investigate and address these concerns as soon as possible.
