Oppent disconnect so cant have reward

hey, was playing my champ normal my second game as awful script and all, we go to prolongation and after the wissel my oppenent leave the game and my game not froze but stay normal after i was disconnected from ultimate team and had a loose 
here u will find the proof and all. 

Like u will se i am 5-3 and in live objectif u will see me played just 7 game out of 8 i didnt leave or something, i am not good in game to do more than 9 win so can have good reward evey week, cant  pay money to someone to play my game cause of money plus it be waste of fun of the game and extremly stupid.
So please I need ur help cause i was planning to open that pick cause never open a 1/5 pick in my life.
