pack luck

Hello Ea,

I am playing Ea Fc for 3 years and I always play Ut in this game.

For this 3 years my pack luck always been terrible. But this year, it is incredibly bad. I think something wrong with my account, I don't think my pack luck same with the everyone else.

I always lost with the Hero packages, I always lost with the Icon packs. I paid money to coins and I didn't make any profit with the paid packs too. There is no point to play this game If I will loose all the packages and didn't get any good cards. I am really annoying to this package luck.

I am asking to this EA, if somethings wrong with my profile how can i fix it. Beucase I don't want to play this game anymore because of this package luck.

Please answer my question EA. I want to fix my account and I want to enjoy the game or I will never ever purchase this game.

Hey @samonosk,

There's no such thing as "pack luck". Pack content is 100% randomly generated from the pool of available players and everyone pulls from that same pool.

I’m going to say that’s utter rubbish! The game will without doubt be engineered in such a way to generate as much engagement and money for EA as possible and get people to play the game as much as possible if you’re a regular daily player the game has no incentive to engage you, pretty much every electronic online business does the same, engage you and keep you playing, watching or using. If your engagement drops find a way to reengage you. Facebook does it, Instagram, heck everything does it in this day and age. I can’t believe for a second this game doesn’t and what you get out of packs is the only real way to do it.
