Pitch is grey - help

Hi guys, my youngest lad got fc25 at Xmas and the pitch is grey, any ideas why or how to change to green, I’ve attached a screenshot, cheers

That is possibly an issue with your HDMI cable.

Try disconnecting both ends and then reseating them securely.

Check on another TV or with another HDMI cable if the issue remains.

Hi, just tried this but not luck still grey pitch. I’ve gone to accessibility and colour blindness and changed some of the settings on there and the pitch is now greener but still not right, is there a way of just turning all the accessibility settings off, not sure whether it is thinking they are on? Thanks
