player lock not working

I have an issue with player locking not working in the game, my settings are all fine just like FC24 and i tried resetting the game, using controller apps, launching from steam..etc but it just won't work, everything else is working properly except player locking and GK movements.

Also every time I win and my victory takes me to the next division or ranked , I get kicked out of the game due to a connection loss, even though I'm playing with an internet cable, not Wi-Fi. And one last important point is that all the players I get from the packs have a maximum rating of 83, which I believe is not normal.
