Players playing below attributes

I have had on going problems with the gameplay player unable to tackle unable to jockey unable to shoulder challenge opponents literally running through my players player movements are so slow when I try any of the above opponent literally runs through my player no matter how close my player gets to opponent they can not do anything to defend defenders unable to sprint and they seem weak not showcasing their high strenth attributes being pushed ofvthe ball weaker players bullying my stronger players off the ball 👏🏾 in attack my players unable to dribble or sprint delay on every shot and pass making it impossible to play fast fluid football 1 ,2 pass the pass to receiver but then my player doplease es not run for the ball back or they move so slow opponent easily intercepts players movements all through the team is slow attackers not sprinting fast explosive pace not working as no acceleration when the action is attempted  player switch is faulty in not working correctly players unable to shield the ball unable to turn directions whilst dribble attempt and my player is that slow its not even a challenge for opponents to tackle my player yesterday my gameplay was really good I played today and it's like a completely different game feels like I'm playing first time like a beginner EA please could you resolve these issues regarding the gameplay I have had these constant problems I have seen some  improvements  but as said today so far it's been dissapointing EA please resolve my issues
