    Hey GNDTVRTG​ in-game reporting tools are generally platform side but I will pass it on to the team.

    If you suspect another user of breaking the rules then you can report them by following the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/
