Community ManagerPretty familiar with it Baraba636 and the fact that it works with a VPN but not without means that it's a network or ISP based issue.

It's honestly disappointing...the level of technical support is consistently extremely poor.
The level of technical knowledge appears to be quite limited. Rather than offering any real troubleshooting or even taking feedback into account for future improvements, they simply shift the blame to the ISP. Well done...
