I reinstalled the game 20 times this year , I followed all troubleshooting and also followed the request from EA advisors . I said ok is time not to blame EAFC25 , and I paid an engineer from my internet supplier to come to run test on internet also a specialist in technical issues, and guess what was the answer : the high volume connected on EA servers in the same time , create lagging issues, delays, jerks, and also slow reaction from players during the game . So you come and tell us not to blame EA and to take further steps on our connection side . I ask you very politely, please come back with an answer or solution to this issues. In my opinion this is not the issue from my side , is from EA servers and incapacity of holding many users in the same time , for example when new promotions are released, it’s almost impossible to log in or to play !
