Please help - slow gameplay

I have not been able to play this game for 3 weeks now because of how bad the gameplay feels. My players are super slow, heavy, and delayed. I have tried everything to fix this and nothing has worked...

    I can’t even get 11 wina in the bundesliga cup man😂my players get the ball with open space and start running in place even tho the rapid+ icon activates
