Pre order origin hero

Apparently those who haven’t received there pre order origin hero items will receive them in November as per the ea help advisor I’ve just been live chatting to they stated  you receive this in November. I then stated it said on pre order you receive your origin hero when first logging Into fc25 and said hero you received upgrades in November but if you haven’t received a hero then you won’t receive an upgrade obviously 🤷‍♂️ no help whatsoever I myself pre order on the 13th August so before the 20th.

i got absolutely no help unbelievable
