Premium pass error.
Who do I speak to about not receiving the rewards after purchasing a premium pass at level 19?

Hey Yea-Nah-Gee,
can you go into a bit more details about our issue? What Premium Pass rewards are you missing specifically, can you include screenshots, perhaps? On what platform are you playing on and are you checking directly ingame?
If it shows up as something like -SP Required to claim, please try restarting the game or more specifically logging out and back into Ultimate Team and that should resolve it.
