premium pass failure

i bought premium pass on companion app with coins but told me failed to aquire premium pass then i checked my console but coins vanished and i didnt get the premium pass

    Hey yoyoabdelnabi19​, try logging out and then signing back in to help synchronise your account. Play a game or two online and check again. Restart your device in case of any further issues.
