Crashing when logging into ea servers on pc

My game has been crashing every time I try to go online. It's been going on for about 2 weeks now and I've tried everything to fix it. It crashes every time I get into the game and it starts logging into ea servers. Yesterday the game received an update and I was hopeful, only to be Let down again. I don't know what I should do at this point 🙄
