Problem entering ultimate team

I can’t enter ultimate team on ps4 suddenly and it keeps saying to me they will send a verification code when i choose send it tells me you have done many attempts try again later it’s been like that...

We'll keep an eye out for issues with the servers. In the meantime, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

I wasnt sure about the match history you mentioned i dont know how to access that can you explain please

On the left side of the Connection Quality Report, you'll see Match History. Click there and get a screenshot of the match results.
