I can’t enter ultimate team on ps4 suddenly and it keeps saying to me they will send a verification code when i choose send it tells me you have done many attempts try again later it’s been like that for the last 24 hours does anyone faced this issue ? Did anyone solve it ?
No thats not the problem as the guy above me is using wired connection and my internet wifi is extremely reliable its 100% not on my end
Community ManagerWithout testing over a wire, we can't rule out wireless is the issue. It is the most common reason for disconnects and lag. Unfortunately, there's nothing else we can do. The best I can advise is to optimize your wireless connection, but that won't help too much with the distance between your system and the router. You can always try putting your device on it's own wireless channel. If your router supports QoS, you could try prioritizing the device you're playing on.
Same for me for 2 days I’ve even contacted ea but they don’t know what to do if you find a way let me know
