Problema menú táctico ultimate team

Hi, I have a problem with FC 25 on PS5 (digital version bought on sale):

I can't access the tactical menu in Ultimate Team (doesn't open when pressing Square, the cursor doesn't unlock), I've tried everything (new templates, formats, settings, controller, accessibility), without success.

Attached is a screenshot showing that the menu does not appear.

Can you help me please?
