Problems with preorder eafc25

I've just preorder eafc 25 ultimate edition and i got a error to start with. Also in the steam app it says i can only play it on 27 sep, not 20. Also in the ea app it says i only have the normal edit...

Hi @lorenzo091ba, Can you confirm with your steam order history you have the Ultimate edition?

Yes i can, i bought the preorder advanced acces ultimate edtion
