Question regarding case in progress
Hello! I currently have a case in progress with EA Help. It is showing “In Progress” but I have additional context and evidence I wanted to add through my own investigation. There is no “resume” butt...
I did! I appreciate the response. I know it was the holidays, so I was trying to be patient. Was just frustrated as my account means a lot to me. I ended up creating another case with some more evidence provided and was unbanned within 24 hours. Super glad that it worked out in the end. Thank you and hope you had a happy holidays!
