Quick sell

Hi EA I quick sold many gold card but Son Heung-Min was supposed to be in my club and the pack could be traded but when I quick sold the other cards it said Son Heung-Min was not tradeable and now he is not in the club and I can not withdraw him on EA WEB APP Can I either for the money for him or just him untradeable?
