Naive to think they don't know.
If your developing an online game for 8 people your No1 risk is that people quit or go AFK. This is not an obscure issue, it's thee top problem anyone setting up such a game has.
The game is as EA intended. No bugs. Accept it and play the game as is. If you're 6 down with only 3 players in Rush and you are playing on then you need to think about that.

no bugs? bro are you playing a different game i can probably name more bugs in this game than i can count fifa games. ill give you a few
Career mode:
1. Impossible to do pre match training, camera angles on set pieces are messed up impossible to aim a free kick.
2. if you accidently mess up on a contract negotiation with a player swap, that player will now stay at the top of your task list for the rest of the season.
3. Playing as a keeper? your target man for every corner because your tall....
Ultimate team:
1. Open store to open a pack, screen glitches and you have to restart the game.
2. Click play or transfers and quickly go to your squad? your screen freezes. requires another restart.
theres a few but yea flawless game with no bugs man.
It's a complete joke.
Rush matches frozen so I open Which's broadband speed test - latency 8m/s, download 40 Mbs, Upload 9 Mbs
Really good connection according to them yet playing this game and complaining about connectivity and all @EA respond "it's your connection that's the issue."
It's a smelly pile of refuse
I can work wirelessly from an old laptop with videos calls and mutliple webpages and online applications open with no issue.
Wired connection from a much more upto date PC, above required let alone minimum requirements for this game and connection issues on EVERY part of the game.
It is EA's issue whether servers or how PCs connect to them not the connectivity from individuals.
