End of the day it’s yet more mistakes with the rivals rewards, saying oh they are working on it…great, but yet again it highlights just how incompetent they are!


great they post 5 times saying fixed that, but since they said the fc24 rewards were fixed they have said NOTHING. That’s the issue. All well and good addressing yet more issues with the game; but can’t just ignore all the stuff they already have broken that they are still to resolve.

no offence to you, I’m sure some people like your responding saying they are working on it, personally I want to hear from ea directly. The fact the forums is the only way to communicate with them is shambolic as again no offence I want to hear from ea directly and not some random person with no official affiliation with ea, no access to the studio (as far as I know) say oh they will be working on it. I just want what was promised over three weeks ago. It shouldn’t be that hard for someone actually from ea to speak to the community instead of sticking their heads in the sand on this topic and ignoring everyone with the issue

    @Stewdinho83 That’s why I either link ea saying it or if they ask I add the link. I think it’s important they know ea is trying to fix it it’s not me saying it. That’s why your argument of spamming the forum makes it worse they want an answer from ea not me. I don’t think they are ignoring it. Hab has said he got an answer from ea. I know it’s not the one he wanted but they responded to him with an update.

    Again I am really not sure what else they could do. They have identified the issue updated it multiple times put up the yellow banner.

    It’s one thing if you dislike the answer you got but they are not ignoring you.

    They are ignoring it though. There have been numerous comments, tags etc since they said it’s sorted and they haven’t said a word. There have been posts about it moved to the same post and yet they still don’t say anything. 

    zero communication when they are moving the posts (which means they see them) and not commenting, it’s literally the definition of ignoring

    @RadioShaqs They updated one of the many many many issues with this broken game. I’m still waiting three weeks for an update on the fc 24 rewards….THREE WEEKS. Why? Because it’s not affecting many so they do ignore it. The rivals one they connected on, good, great, amazing that someone has bothered to provide some service. Great for those involved, but for me and the people commenting daily, tagging people etc, it’s ignored, there’s no other way to think about it

    @Stewdinho83 hab said ea updated him. It’s just not the answer he wanted. Do you not have the same issue he has?

    They may have updated him in Dutch but English one has been ignored every day for three weeks! There’s a guy who daily messages and has been ignored totally for it

    Last ea comment on English one says issue fixed, hence the frustration of three weeks being ignored. Like I said one guy messages daily asking for update and is ignored!

    Saying we fixed it and then ignoring people saying actually you haven’t, and then ignoring people constantly isn’t a proper answer. 

    they said do xyz and we give you abc, I did my part, they haven’t. They may have given up trying, in which case they should say. Either way it’s unacceptable. It’s plainly pathetic that they are all too cowardly to step forward and admit to yet another thing  is wrong with this garbage game and the garbage studio ruining it.

    i could do a data subject access request and get all the data they hold on me, which would include players packed, sbcs done etc (friend did it last year so I know) and yet they can’t see it for themselves? They can send any pack to anyone at any time, fact they potentially won’t shows they just do not care about customers

    I have even been banned for this.

    They flatout refuse to look at it cause they fixed it.

    No they havent. I dont have any packs.

    But saying you dont see the players in my fc 24 team is sick.

    I start up fc 24 and see them rught away at cam and on the bench.

    But i did not finish them????

    To bad i couldnt  see the finished objective. Ss they remove them when the time is finished.

    But @EA_Darko how can this issue be resolved as there are clearly players missing rewards???

    Get to work for once and do something
