I’ve received an ea fc 25 closed beta just now. I got the code for the wrong platform (Nintendo Switch) when I play on Xbox series x/s and when put the code in the Nintendo eshop it doesn’t work. Could you try and send me code that works for Xbox series x/s please?

Yeah same here I got PS5 when I play on the Xbox series s.
Sane here they have sent me a ps5 code when I only play it on xbox series s 🤬
I didn't exactly have the same problem but I did get the wrong generation in my code even though I only play the PS5 version of FC 24 and in my preferences it's set to PS5. hope you all the best though considering you can't even play yours because you got the wrong platform.
Same here I received the PS4 version while I only play on PS5
The development and community managers are aware of this issue. They are working on a solution. We just need to be patient. In the mean time make sure that you have your preferred console ticked (make sure its only one).

We want to clarify the situation since we're seeing many complaints from players who received the code related to a different platform or who can't access the Beta.
When you signed up for the Beta, you had to put a preference on the console; this is explained in our EA Help Article: What is a Closed Beta.
Unfortunately, we can't help you to get another code for a different platform. If you got instead the code for the correct platform but it is not working, follow the same article above for help.
Also, we want to remind you that this Beta is only accessible in the NA and UK regions. Please keep in mind that certain platforms, like the PlayStation region, lock content; if your EA account region is set to a country different from your actual location, your code will not work as it is tied to a different region.You can check the region settings for your EA account here.

Why can't you guys be a decent company for once and admit your mistakes people don't have xbox and pc selected yet you still blame the people who play your game

why this didn’t happen last year. its definitely ea mistake. Anyway nothing new, EA missed up.
I made sure to ONLY select my preferred console (PS5) during that signup process. My EA account clearly shows the PS5 as my only preferred platform. I still received a beta code for the wrong console. Unfortunately this issue is not being caused by an error on our end, it is an error in EA's system and that error should be resolved so we can access the beta and provide feedback to the version we intended to buy.
