Re: EA FC 25 Closed Beta Issue - Wrong Platform

I entered my code and clicked on one of the following pop ups and it said error. Went back and my codes now saying it’s redeemed and the beta is nowhere to be seen??? Please help me asap

Happened to me aswell any idea how to resolve this issue really appreciate any advice.

Accidentally logged in on a different account and when I log into fc 25 on the account the beta code was given too all I can see is fc news ? What do I do?

I’ve downloaded the fc 25 beta but there are no game modes available for me to play 

I don’t have any game modes at all on the beta? I can only see the pre order, settings and season pass?

I cannot access anything other then the news on the fc25 beta 

how fo I fix this issue?

I have the EA FC 25 beta code and with it comes the email that tells me I have access to Football Ultimate Team™, Kick-Off, Learn to Play, Online Seasons, Co-op Seasons and Online Friendlies. When I log into FC 25 the only thing i can see is FC News. Is there any way to fix this?

I entered the beta code, and nothing downloaded on Xbox Series X.

The code worked and looked good to go, but no download initiated and I can’t find it anywhere.

Please address this.

I was give a code but when I tried to redeem it said it's been redeemed for fc 25 so can i get a new code for xbox 

I have opened the beta but can’t play any game mode.

Good afternoon guys, I very excited to play FC 25 Beta, I have received the code, I downloaded the game, but do you know  why everything run but I can't play it. the system does not give me the option to choose play objectives.
